Return and refund policy

At Chamaki, we take quality seriously and ensure every product is checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

However, we do offer an exchange only in case of damaged or defective products.

Exchange conditions:
    •    The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
    •    An unboxing video is mandatory
    •    The product must be unused and in original packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

Please note:
    •    Minor variations in colour or finish are normal in artificial jewellery and are not considered defects.
    •    No exchange or refund will be provided for change of mind.
